Life is pretty busy with work, hopefully buying a house, and spending a lot of my time writing, so I’ll keep this post brief.
- Third edit was done last Sunday, and received it back from the editor on Friday.
- He had very nice things to say about the changes I’ve made, and I’ve launched myself into the fourth edit.
- This should be the last major one, as it will be focused more on line editing.
- Book is probably going to come out in February now.
That last point could do a bit more explanation. With the third edit done, I thought I could quickly knock out the fourth one and then have it go onto proof readers. However, the book needs a bit more work than that, my editor will need to give it another going over, and then it can go to the proof readers.
I still have some hope of a January release, but it’s doubtful.
